RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item. It is simple to return an entire or partial order. We will make every attempt to replace your item if it has been damaged during transit. Simply return the product in its original box. Please contact customer support regarding returns. If you do not have the original packing slip, please provide the name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for the return.
A FEW REMINDERS FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNS
If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the name, address, phone number, and order number of the customer. If you are exchanging or returning an item, shipping expenses are not covered unless the item was damaged or faulty. We do not accept C.O.D. delivery; packages must be returned pre-paid. The restocking charge is 15 percent. These costs apply solely to returned products and not to items exchanged for faults.
We will take returns if something is wrong with the product and not for any reason.
